Beginning with the packaging, it is very professional and luxurious. All the information regarding the product is given on the box. However, after opening the mask itself, when removing the seal, it can get a little messy so I recommend opening it over a sink. Also, an applicator is included which is extremely convenient if you don't already have one on hand.All said and done, you will have transformed skin. The mask works to remove all the impurities out of the skin including blackheads that are deep and hard to reach. It also decreases all your pores which is rare for many products. I was extremely impressed at how purified and gentle my skin had become. And it is highly recommended for people with very oily and acne prone skin such as mine because my skin had no residue oil, even after applying my skincare and moisturizer, everything in my routine worked with the mask.The mess at the beginning is worth dealing with for the fantastic, transforming, and luxurious results you obtain at an affordable price.

It did not remove all blackheads but most of them and one word of caution: Make sure when you apply this, that you don't spread it out thin, because it will not peel up as directed. Peeling the mask off does hurt, just go slowly. My forehead and nose were very red after peeling it off.

I love this mask. I tried a different black one supposedly just like it but didn't work nearly as well. It's tough though, it does hurt and will pull out hair lol. But you can physically see whatever it is on the mask from off your face after removing pieces. I've never seen that with any other mask. Anyway I'd recommend it.

It did not make a mask you couldn’t peel off it just dried to my face and had a really hard time cleaning my face I had to scrub really hard and it did nothing for my black heads

Of course it’s easy to spread, little bit moisturizing, but I should have stuck with the black charcoal peel-off mask. Because it’s very shiny gold, I couldn’t see how evenly I was putting it on. It doesn’t peel very well and wasn’t effective at doing what it’s supposed to do - which is remove blackheads. If you just want a shiny gold face mask then this is shiny. And gold. A novelty really. It’s pretty on the shelf. Not sure if the serum does anything at all really. I’ll stick with my own moisturizers and go back to the original black mask that I KNOW works. Do I wasted my money on another bad product. Happens…🤷🏻‍♀️

Niewieder!!! Trocknet nicht schnell genug und nach dem abziehen bildete sich immer mehr hautrötungen über das ganze gesicht 😒 das einzig gute der Pinsel der geruch und die Farbe mehr auch nicht!

Easy to use my skin is definitely better

They're good for certain skin types, I don't know if it's because I used face masks too often or not but they didn't work amazingly on my skin.
