I wrote a previous review as i could not work the strap out to make it into a backpack which made this product useless for me. HOWEVER, the company came back to me and have been very helpful indeed, even agreeing to meet with me to show me how it works. The bag is lovely and i would now recommend it

Looks the part and good quality overall, not sure how long shoulder strap will last but the rest of the bag is well made
