I've had this for a few weeks now and already I've noticed an improvement. I'm a chubbier chap who is droping weight but I struggle to do abdominal exercises so I needed some help. This has improved the muscle tone underneath my still flabby stomache which looks a lot better then flab on flab. Hoping the weight loss does reduce the fatty layer enough to see the newly toned Abs underneath.Please note this will not help weight loss or remove any fatty layer! But it will improve your muscle tone which results in a far better looking abdomen even on chubbier people like myself.

Didn't expect much from this but it's turned out to be a little gem. I've been using it 5 times a week for about 5 weeks (maybe more, time flies!) and really think it's been helpful - I work out hard 4 - 5 times a week but have got to the age where I need a bit of additional help because no matter how hard I train my body isn't really responding (hormones and menopause). I think this is helping on the abs, arms, inner thighs - and obliques - I'm experimenting by using it as an all over firming aid just using the large pad and strapping it on, pretty much anywhere it'll stick, lol. I'm horribly aware of the (basically at 53 unavoidable) fact that I'm getting "bingo wings" they're probably not that bad to be honest, but to me whose always been toned they seem bloody awful, so I'm using the large pad with the stimulator bits stuck to the underneath/back of the arms and along with working out, (hiit and weights) I feel I have all over results, nothing dramatic, but I can tell. This stimulator isn't a panacea, you do need to work out still - but at least if you don't have time for a workout you don't need to feel too guilty as you can strap this on, lol, so have "done" something), and I don't think it would do much if you have a lot of fat. Overall though, I'd say my underlying muscles have firmed up everywhere - so far I'm very pleased and think it was well worth the money. I was going to return the whole unit as one of the smaller ones didn't work but as I have decided to experiment by using the large pad everywhere I can affix it, I didn't - customer service were very good and helpful during the time I was intending to return item..

Only had this for a couple of days so it is too early to say if it works. The reason for the three stars is the hydropads come with a protective cover. on some of the pads the covering was not placed correctly so some of the gel was exposed. Also according to the instruction (not writing well ), the padsl should last for about 30 usage/ days, before they need changing. Mine are already peeling off after only 4 usage

I bought this fitness assistant to top up my workout and diet, So i do t use it Alone.I do my cardio workout 3 times a week and meanwhile in non workout day i use this machine for an hour. One cycle is about 20 minutes training with various impulses going through. Altough i was using it since a while i Still didnt need to charge them, So battery Life is pretty good.It came in good quality storage box which i believe CAn be used but There is a small pouch added Where Everything CAn be kept. User manual and certificate documents enclosed. Also usb charging cable Along with hydrogel pads.I sticked mine to the devices and then cover them up with plastic lids from their package after each use. I recommend for anyone who intend to use this machine on regular basis to purchase an extra pair of this hydrogel pads. You Never know When they will be less Effective. So far they do the purpose.After first trainings i Could See that my weight fall down Little more than usual, So contractions of muscles Burnes calories However if somebody intend to sit in front of tv , do No diet or exercise and then Have a six pack just after using this device i must dissapoint u.This device i Excellent as a top up to healthy fitness lifestyle but it will not work instead of exercise and healthy Food. It strongs muscles but only those which device is attach to So Its important to train various parta of muscles not only one as this Could be dangerous.In overall Its Nice device which in my opinion is worth money, but only if You are already determined to improve ur fitness level and keep going with good balanced diet. Within one week i was able to change level of training by two and also while in use u CAn feel and See ur muscles contracting.Easy to clean and Care, is What i was Looking for Nd CAn recommend it!

I have been using the Toning Belt system now for almost 2 weeks and I have been really impressed. The system is so easy to get going works perfectly everytime and fits comfortably on your body to carry out the Stimulation Process.I started on my first day using setting 2 on the abs toner and the smaller toners that I had placed on my waist. The complete workout from start to finish was 20 minutes. Even on the lower setting that I started on, I could really feel the muscles in my body getting a workout incredible!.Almost 2 weeks in now and although, visually, I don't see a massive difference as yet, (as I need to shed quite a bit of puppy fat before I will notice visually) I have been forced to up the intensity levels now to setting 5 or 6 which is around midway point in the intensity levels. That tells me that the Toning is working as the lower settings just weren't working for me now and it's only just been 2 weeks!I also need the Waist belt that is provided now, which is helping to keep the pads in place, which is another good sign that things are really starting to work!As I lead a very busy working lifestyle as most of us do, this item has been perfect for me as I can fit in a quick workout around my busy working day. I have been using the toning belts Twice a day since I got them and that's enough for me.Love this item! and looking forward to being forced to up the intensity levels again very soon prob another week or two.
