Now with this in mind it does have limits. It's not a full on mechanic computer. For what you get with this is a up grade from what the autupart store use. And it is working perfectly. Already programmed a key worked great. Pissed off a used car salesman. He walked up and I had the machine plugged in and reading all the codes that were bad that didn't set off check engine light. He seen the name autel on the case and the look have gave us was worth the price of the computer. It has many functions they didn't advertise in the description. It was kind of hard to figure out some things. Now that I am useing it getting the hang of things and understanding it with ease. If you never used one of thesejust give it some time to figure things out and then you will think this is easy.

She is the Autel Official that helped me every step of the way when I was having trouble with my Autel unit (which included me ordering the wrong unit for my vehicles). I was able to send it back and Vanessa L. instructed me to purchase the correct model number which is compatible for my vehicles. All I can say is "100% professionalism, kindness, and the most important "communication" from Vanessa L. Thank you Vanessa. I never experienced this type of treatment with such a large company. Majority of the time, I have to constantly argue and justify my situation. You made it very comfortable and no hassle. In addition, Autel's MK808BT PRO scanner is incredibly off the chain! A great detailed scanner and something I can use quite often instead of paying the dealership a diagnostic fee. It truly pays for itself. If you are in the market for needing a scanner, this is the one to get. If you are looking for "true" customer servcie, Autel is the place to go! Thank you again Vanessa L.

I purchased this device after weeks of doing research and I felt like it would help me find the issues with my car along with family memebers cars. After a week of use I have a path to fix mt car and cleared many other issues in family vehicles. Identifying and diagnostics are great if you have a technical background ground. I found the device intuitive enough to get the diagnosis i needed. The BT and Wifi are great and you can print reports right to you home printer if its on your network. I am still learning all of the bells an whistles but so ar it is a great tool The customer support was great ass they answered all my questions prior to purchase and followed up with emails asking if I need anything else.

Great reader once you figure out how to use. Registering it took over 20 minutes. Only one year of auto updates. It’s a bit difficult to use until you figure out where all of the items are that you want to see. I do like that they strapped the paper in really well, haha. But overall, it’s really good for seeing the exact problem instead of just a generic idea of where to look. We were able to see exactly why our ABS kept engaging in our Jeep. It showed which tire had the bad sensor. Our truck showed that it was specifically the coil pack instead of just a generic cylinder misfire. Would buy again despite the couple of annoying learning curve issues which might be more intuitive for some. But this is coming from someone who has experience with other readers and regularly fixes major mechanical issues, transmission rebuilds, and major vehicle modifications for off-road use.

I have already bought 2 of those. They are pretty good for the mount paid but they are not very fast and the battery life is not great. Within a day on commercial use you will need to charge after 5 hours which is annoying. Godd overall though

Emailed the seller and asked a few questions. Got a response back extremely fast even though it was late at night. Then even told me once I get it if I had any issues not to hesitate to email them again. Overall I love it. I’ve had a more expensive model that unfortunately got stolen in a vehicle I had. This one does everything I need it to do and it’s super easy to use. Very user friendly and I love the blue tooth modulal on the back for the OBD port. If I had a friend that needed a scanner I’d recommend this in a heart beat

I spoke to Autel I was informed I should only shop off of Autel.com not Autel Official who is the seller, after reading the glossary off Amazon. (1) The item cannot detect sunroof/ power windows on a HONDA CR-V 2007 only the power locks. What I was working on, the item cannot center the steering column as stated in glossary, the item after scanning the vehicle showed Three (3) error code TPMS permeant, but it cleared the codes (permeant code cannot be cleared) unless replaced. I was working on a Range Rover 2007 sport s/c, the tool did not detect the catalytic converter, read as (N/A) but read the O2 sensors impossible the O2 sensors are on the Cat. The post will not allow me to write anything further.
