Original high protein wheat cereal bricks
I believe that these were the first high protein wheat cereal brick, which has now been copied by Weetabix. This cereal tastes good and is better for you and satiates you for longer (a little longer; do not expect miracles) as it has higher protein. I really like them.

Not the product as advertised
The product advertised is the extra low sugar version of the this product which has only 46.6g per 100g of carbohydrate, the product I was delivered is the ordinary version which has 63g per 100g. hence only one star. Whether this was an error or the wrong details are being displayed I do not know , but buyers beware if you want the low carb version , might be worth checking first
