Works well
This dehumidifier has definitely helped lower the humidity in our shop. The only problem we had was the LCD screen was messed up, so it isn't very readable. I sent a message to the seller and they promptly replied. They asked if they could send us a new screen instead of returning the whole unit, and they are including an air mover for our trouble. The customer service is great, which is rare these days.

Killing hurricane Milton!
I couldn't get a remediation company fast enough to prevent mold and mildew after being flooded by hurricane Milton, so I bought this and a big fan that filters out the bad stuff and went at it. This thing is just short of the best invention of all time. I was able to hold the humidity below 30% for 3 days with this and felt confident when I finally shut it off. It is now doing duty in my neighbors house and has been running for two days holding his humidity at around 23%. The built in wireless allows you to monitor the humidity and make changes to fan speed, set humidity level, etc. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Heavy duty units that work amazingly well
This is an excellent unit for commercial or industrial use. We now have 4 of them and couldn't be happier. Customer service is excellent

Excellent customer service and excellent dehumidifier
I am very happy with the customer service and the dehumidifier we purchased. We are using it in a 7000 sq ft warehouse and it performs very well. We maintain a humidity level of 45% or lower no problem. The machine is fairly quiet considering how much moisture it removes and it is very easy to use. I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful. The machine is very good. I would purchase another one unit without hesitation.

New unit and having issues
I’ve only been using for a couple weeks and error Codes are coming up and humidity levels. Don’t make sense on the display.

The Mounto 310 pint LGR
This dehu is a beast. It tackles moisture quickly and efficiently, making it great for larger water restoration jobs. This also has a built in pump that automatically drains. The app was easy to install and connecting wifi to the dehu wasn't complicated. The seller was very detailed in his response to the questions i had. If you are looking for reliability and high performance, this Mounto 310 LGR is the machine to have and a great return on your investment.

Not very good
The dehumidifier was purchased new. After placing an a damp basement with a relative humidity of 70% it has been working for over 14 hours with very little reduction and humidity. The ambient temperature of the basement that the deaf fire dehumidifier was placed in a basement with a temperature of about 63°. Dehumidification is happening, but at an extremely slow rate. IDehumidification is happening, but at an extremely slow rate. I expected more from this I expected more. I suspect that his lost a refrigerant charge in transport will be returning if it does not improve.

This thin is an absolute beast.
This is a work horse we have been having record rain fall and flooding. For the last three weeks. I get some water in the lower level of my house and this thing has kept up with it. I have low mister in my basement and zero mold or smells. I love it.
