the boot screen doesnt go past the BIOS setting, while there are external USB devices connected to the PC. tried updating the OS, and resetting too, doesnt help. i reckon the mother board is faulty or lacks the feature to start with USB devices connected. not recommended for purchase

The laptop at home had become slow and a pain to use. I wanted to replace it with another device but stumbled on this little box. Since I already use an external monitor, losing the second display provided by a laptop would not affect me that much. Plus, knowing that the Zen 3-based Ryzen 5 mobiles have pretty decent performance (I have one at work, which is fast). So I bought one. For my use, it is perfect - the performance is excellent, and it is silent. Another bonus is it is much smaller than the laptop it has replaced, and I have recovered desk space.I don't game, and this is for home office work. In a world where energy costs are an issue, using a 15w processor will also take care of the pennies. I already have an excellent Keychron mech keyboard and Bluetooth mouse; I need to get my redundant USB webcam from work, and I will be ready to go.It's fast, has loads of memory, has a small form factor, is cheap to run and is a fantastic price. What is not to like? The list at the moment is £369 - but a voucher knocks £100 off - So £269.

It's a great pc for everyday use and can play quite a few games if you're a gamer

Bought this as an upgrade to my previous desktop and because it is a space saver. I have 3 work laptops so space is at a premiumUpgraded the RAM to 32GB and installed a 1TB SSD.Now to the linux install. At the time of writing the latest version of linux mint 21.1 vera, detects the wifi but does not create a wifi device. Wifi does work with Mint 21 but when I upgraded to 21.1 it caused problems. Wifi for me is not important because i had previously got a Bros Trend wifi to network adapter and it works really well. Sound works fine through HDMI and USB but the headphone jack refuses to work. Again not a show stopper for me.Update on wifi using Kernel 6.0.0-1020-oem. With this kernel wifi just worksFor the work I do (Coding Media and General ).it is a great fast desktop. Don't do any gaming, so wouldn't know about that.Finally it is virtually silent. Also important for me

This is a brilliant PC. Small, reasonably priced, great spec. So quiet you could easily forget it's switched on. I've not used it to play any games so cannot comment on how it performs under those circumstances. However, in general terms, e.g. using Office, browsing the Internet, watching online videos, listening and editing music, it is great. Setting it up was also easy.

I was amazed by the small compact design of the mini PC. Does not weigh much. Installed a 1TB Crucial SSD drive in less than 5 mins!Have set up the blue tooth mouse -easy / HP inkjet printer (wireless) -easy / MS Office 2010 -easy.Bought the mini-pc in May and so far so good.PROS: very quiet and fast machineCONS: I would like to have more USB 3.0 / USB C / HDMI connectionsSo far so good!
