No internal brake
I returned the item because it did not have a internal brake, when moving downwards and releasing motor drive it keeps moving about 2 inches making it impossible to line up any kind of engine or auto body. I would consider this to be a dangerous product.

Hoist worked good but the remote broke. Customer service was worthless
I purchased the hoist and it was delivered in good shape. Installation was easy and the operation worked well. After about 9 months of operation (used once to twice a week) the remote stopped working. This wouldn't be a big issue except the hoist is in my garage attic and so manual operation is difficult. I contacted customer service for Vevor and was transferred around to several people. Finally got in touch with someone in the US? that took the information down. They came back with there is nothing they can do! They do now sell the remote on its own, they can not tell me where to go to purchase a new one, I am on my own! This is really unhelpful! They could have put me intouch with their supplier where I could purchase a new one but NO!!! I now have to climb into the attic and crawl back to where the hoist is located and manually operate the hoist. I will not ever buy anything from Vevor again!!! They are only supplying cheep Chinese crap!

No warranty on 1100lb winch
After just 18 uses to hoist motorcycle into truck it failed to run in up mode. Vevor offered to give me $42 in compensation which is an insult. They told me to get a local technition to try to fix it. Really? Something is wrong about thecircuit board. How could anyone fix it? Do not buy from this pathetic company.

Installe au plafond de l’atelier. Facile à faire fonctionner avec la télécommande.
