How much of a torque increase can i expect?

Sorry, oil filters aren't able to increase torque to any measurable degree.

I use the hp1007 for a 2003 Silverado 5.3l, it is also suppose to fit the 4.8l as well according to k&n

Is this hp-1007 or hp-1006? It says it's an hp-1007 but in the picture it's a hp-1006

It was a 1007 when I bought it.

How many miles till I have to replace?

If you are heavy foot like me like 5,000 miles if you use synthetic oil but In normal use like 7,000 miles
