This stuff has been great for seborrheic dermatitis. I suffered with it in my beard, in and around the ears, slight bit on my chest and on the eyebrows. I was looking at a known brand that specifically targets seborrheic dermatitis and it was around £18 for a 50ml bottle with a dropper and couldn't justify paying that price so done a bit or research and found that MCT C8 oil as the main ingredient so tried this instead and it's been fantastic. Cleared my skin up in a day or two and I've tried loads of lotions and potions. This stuff has been great!

Good quality MCT oil. While I flipflop between diets and other health choices, this helped me achieve certain goals while Intermittent Fasting. Very easy to use for my black coffee in the morning where I would add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of this MCT oil. There isn't any odd taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach which I hear happens with some other products/brands. Starting off with 5ml (1 teaspoon) then increasing your dosage may help to find if you are sensitive to this product. Keeps my hunger at bay for some time before my actual eating window starts. So for those people wanting to try MCT oil for their own health benefits and uses then try this one. If this product is still cheaper than most then I will continue to keep purchasing.

Good quality C8 MCT oil with no strong taste and a smooth texture. Mixes easily into coffee or smoothies and is easy to digest compared to blended MCTs. Packaging is solid and the bottle size offers good value. Very happy with the quality.

Life changing. Got this as it gets recommended for seborrheic dermatitis, was skeptical at first as nothing has ever worked reliably over the decades of me trying to manage it. Well, this somehow just does it. Cleared my sebdem completely in a few weeks and even with sporadic application now there’s no sign of it returning. I ditched my other skin care stuff, even the moisturizer, just to see if this is the one making the difference and it looks like yes it’s just this oil. Wish I knew about it earlier, would have saved me a lifetime of misery with a red and flaky face. Also for this use case you don’t need much, so this bottle goes a very long way.
