Excellent value
Just wanted a cam to see what was visiting our smallish garden having heard but never seen hedgehogs, also seen droppings. Also I have an interest in technology especially cameras. Was willing to pay what was needed for an entry level cam but having read the mixed reviews for well known manufacturer's product costing three time as much I decided to spend £50 this. A video review on YouTube helped make up my mind. Have been delighted. Instructions are clear and understandable. Response time, 0.85 seconds is claimed, and while I cannot test this it has seemed good. Have it set to highest resolution and picture quality is excellent. Video works well too. Initially had sensitivity set to normal but didn't capture any night images. Changed to highest sensitivity and did capture some night images - but clearly not much visits the garden at night. Very pleased I chose this product. What's not so good? Only gripe is that the buttons are not particularly responsive and need to be pressed quite hard. Will add some photos and videos to this review later. So, what visits our garden based on initial setup location? Pigeons mainly, two domestic cats, and the garden birds we feed

Very good value. Excellent with the correct batteries
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought this camera over a year ago and now think I can give a balanced review.Initially I thought this was just an okay camera. The images were a bit average and I was starting to get problems with the video. A ten second video would run at double speed and then stop half way through; very strange. I lost a bit of interest in the camera.Strangely enough, it was buying another camera that helped me get the best from this one. I bought a Browning Recon camera. It is four times the cost of the Campark and very well built. I ran both cameras in parallel and found that the Campark would pick up images, albeit of a lower quality, that the Browning missed. This was mostly due to the wider angle of view on the Campark, it simply covered a larger area.I bought the Browning from a specialist retailer. Their advice on trail cams was never use rechargeable batteries or Duracells. I replaced the Eneloop batteries in the Campark with Energizer lithium batteries. This transformed the performance. I would rate the images as excellent. The video problems also disappeared.I have knocked off a full star for the SD card. This camera takes micro SD cards. This may sound very modern; it is what you probably have in your mobile phone. However in a trail camera it is a real problem. Chances are, if you drop it out of the camera outside, it is gone. You are unlikely to find it again in grass or rough ground.Overall a good value camera capable of excellent images if the correct batteries are used. I am disappointed that some people have given this camera one star for either not having an SD card supplied or being unable to understand the instructions.

Good introductory wildlife camera.
Works fine for me. Good pictures and video seems clear. IR mode works fine and gives clear video. Lag is minimal. If you bring the unit into a dim area then it will start clicking as it switches between day and night mode. This interferes somewhat with the operation of the setup and menu. Just point it to a bright area and it works fine. Quality is good for the price and seems fairly robust. Those complaining of poor quality should adjust their expectations for something that only costs £40. If it was £100 plus, I would expect better quality.

Quality Trailcam T40 by Campark
This Campark Trailcam was a gift for christmas 2018 so not had much time to test it in extreme outdoor conditions.the cam arrived neatly Packaged in a very smart little box and included a metal device that screws into the camera mountat the base along with a long and sturdy green strap with buckle big enough for mounting/tying the camera to a tree or any sturdy object.I have looked at and handled Trailcams costing twice as much as this Campark and i must say That this little beauty compares favourably especially when you consider its price, it is compact, well made and of good quality and comes with all the features you are likely to need.while i have not had the chance to leave this setup outside for any long period just yet I have looked at both the Video and Photo quality having tried this in the garden and am very pleased with the results.I am very Pleased with this Trailcam so much so i'm sure I will be ordering a second unit as soon as i'v put this one through its paces out in the field.

Great Wildlife Camera at a Fantastic Price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I am delighted with this wildlife camera and really can't wait for spring so I can capture the local wildlife. The camera is easy to setup - the menus are very straight forward and reviewing footage is a simple process. The quality of the footage is great for the price. Obviously during the daytime it captures high quality colour video and when operating at night with IR you get black and white footage (as shown in my little video clip) which works very well in the dark nights we've been having of late.It is really exciting to revisit the camera in the morning in the anticipation of seeing the wild animals captured on video from the foot of your garden. I am hoping to capture foxes, hedgehogs and deer over the coming months as the weather improves and I can't wait to share this footage with my children as they are equally as excited. The battery life seems really good as it hasn't gone down at all in the month I have been using it so far. The case is water tight - not too flimsy and does offer the chance to put a small padlock on it if you wish. You can also password protect the device so if somebody was to steal it it wouldn't be much use.Overall, I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who has an interest in observing their local wildlife at day or night or even if you want to use it as a security camera as it doesn't require any wires and can be placed wherever you like so long as it triggers the PIR sensor. At this price it's a steal - you get a great reliable camera with fantastic quality video footage.
