I have not had an issue but sometimes with a few of my other headphones I have had to change to a different charging cord. See if that helps

Hello, I’m not exactly sure that it will but it’s Bluetooth so I don’t see why it wouldn’t. As long as your tv has Bluetooth I’m pretty sure it should work.
