Better products out there
I tried this when the menopause supplement was out of stock that I normally use. It was okay to tide me over, but Amway has a much better supplement.

Didn't work for me :(
I tried it because others seemed to like it and it worked for them. Sadly they do not work for me. Wish they would have, being up at 5am soaked in sweat bites. They were easy to swallow though and no flavor.
