This worked really well for me. It’s caffeine-free, which I appreciate, especially when I’m already dealing with discomfort and don’t want anything that might make me feel jittery. Authentic product and works very well for my water retention a few hours into the first dose. The expiry is until June 2026 which I feel is reasonable for the amount of caplets in this. It was packaged well and delivered quickly. Would purchase again as needed.

These are gentle yet effective over the counter pills for fluid retention. I have suffered for many years holding fluid especially in summer or women time lol. I take one of these in the morning when needed with a big glass of water and find during the day it has cleared the excess fluid. No rushing to the toilet during the night like the script fluid tablets either. It works and it’s gentle and I only need to take when needed which isn’t daily as they work that well.
