I believe so. They are pretty small, but it would depend on how tiny you mean. They probably wouldn’t work on a small child. If they are for an adult with tiny ear canals, they might actually work even better, as in, they would stay in place more effectively. I do not recommend them for sleeping though, as the info says. They are hard, and would hurt after about an hour if you were lying on your side.
