TASTES GOOD! Product is a nice consistency! Great nutrition and taste and great protein content. I add ice in a blender to make it very thick! My husband loves it. I can add berries of any kind. Tastes like a nice milkshake. No bad after taste. VERY Good product. Even children would like the taste. Does not bother my stomach either. Nice and thick!

I have been using Invigor8 for a year now. Love the taste and use it in all my shakes. Made my diet and weight loss so much easier. Mixes great in as shaker.

I was very skeptical about buying this after reading all the glowing 5-star reviews. Something didn't seem right. The first time I tried this, I mixed it with water per the instructions and couldn't even choke it down. Sure, it's sweet and vanilla-ish tasting, but it's certainly not a pleasant taste. I tried the next time mixing it with Orange Juice, which helps to make it a bit more palatable. I'm on day 3 of drinking this in the mornings mixed with Orange Juice and I feel SO MUCH BETTER in the mornings and throughout my day. I'm not as hungry, my mind is clearer and I just generally feel good. If you can stomach the taste and texture, I recommend you try this out.

I vowed to make this year the time I turned my eating habits around and start a healthy lifestyle. I skipped meals, ate junk, you name it. I was looking for a meal supplement that would taste great yet be all natural and super healthy. Something with a great taste that I could use daily when I didn't have time for a meal. Pre & Probiotics....had to try this. Being 50, this seemed the perfect fit for me. I placed my order still wondering if the taste would work to use regularly. Received my order and can say I LOVED the flavor! It tasted like a treat rather than a supplement beverage! Love, love loved it and you will, too! My husband really liked this product, but I found one glaring issue with it. If you do not drink your shake right away it turns very bitter. Other than that it mixes well with little to no grit. The flavor blends well if you are using it in a smoothie, but will become undrinkably bitter in about 30/45 minutes after mixing. I tend to sip on a smoothie during a morning so it doesn’t work for me in that respect. Other than that it is a good product.

I had accidentally bought the French vanilla instead of the triple chocolate for second time. I was very disappointed, as I opened it without paying attention so I could not return.After decided to write a review and in less than 24 hours BRL sports nutrition staff wrote back and they have offered to send me the triple chocolate flavor at no cost to me b/c they want all their customers to be 100% satisfied with their products!I was very pleased of their commitment to their customers satisfaction and products.I would like to add that I have now purchased this meal Replacement at least 3 times as I'm a busy medical professional, work out 6 days a week and often am eating meals on the run and am always looking to stay healthy. I read the product label and was impressed with all the high quality ingredients in this product so I thought why not try it. Now I use it regularly, keeps me full, tastes great and unlike some protein supplements it's probiotics and prebiotic formula keeps my GI balanced. I believe the quality of this product is a 5 but it's on pricey side.

So I've been on this product 2 years and during that time I gained 20 pounds and started to have a thyroid issue. Thyroid issues can cause either weight gain, hypothyroidism, or weight loss, hyperthyroidism. Iodine plays a major role with your thyroid and too much iodine causes hypothyroidism. Kale is rich in iodine which is in this product; kale extract powder. About 5 days ago I learned the cause and stopped drinking Invigor8. I've lost 5 pounds so far and my thyroid isn't swollen as it was and is almost back to normal. Yes I saw a doctor and learned all of the above. It is a great tasting powder and pricey but staying healthy has a cost. This is an issue they need to resolve. I called the company several times but they never answered. I hope they remove kale extract powder from their product to make it more safe for consumers. I do not recommend this powder to anyone. Please share this concern with others.

idk if it's imagined or not, but i will say i feel a significant difference in my energy level and general mood when i drink this stuff. i have multiple sclerosis so fatigue is a big problem for me. i tried invigor8 and actually had an easier time getting out of bed in the morning after just a couple of days. i mix the vanilla shake with spinach, strawberries and soy milk for breakfast. it is satisfying and holds me until late lunch. also had the chocolate shake with raspberries and honey which is very good. i have been drinking the same shakes without invigor8 for years and never had this kind of result. despite the improvements, i decided it cost way too much and there isn't any "scientific data" to support it so i took a break to try other products for a few months. i literally got to the point of craving invigor8 because nothing else could even come close! i highly highly recommend this stuff.
