Q: I can't get the size chart to pull up; what size boots would fit a size 9-10 women's shoe?

I bought 9-10 too big, think 7-8 would have fit without the extra toe space

Q: I Have bought DRIZZLE BOOTS and I don't like them, Are you selling EXACTLY the Drizzle Booth that looks like the booth from the photo on the left?

I am not selling drizzle boots. I bought a pair & the picture looked exactly like this. However, the ones I received were nothing like this. They did not close up around the ankles when fastened. There was a very wide opening around my ankles. I paid $9.99 for them, but it would have cost $6.99 to return them, so I just tossed them in the trash. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Q: are the boots reusable?

I see no reason that they would not be reusable. just be careful how much pressure you use putting them on an off.

Q: I wear a size 81/2 wide, will the size nine fit over my walking shoes

I recommend you not waste your money on these boots. I bought the size that fit my shoes, however, when I folded them over to fasten the clasp, they did not close around my ankles. They do not look like the picture when fastened.
