Calming
I don’t understand how they work but they work! They calm me down when I’m at work. They taste like sugar so no unpleasant taste with these. A good value for the money.

It Works
I have restless legs and also stress where I have a hard time relaxing to fall asleep.Just received these and tried it for the 1st time last night. As per directions, I put 2 under my tongue ( recommended 5 but since it was first time I did less) . To my surprise, it relaxed me and I felt the effect within 15-20 minutes. Everything else I've tried....gummies, magnesium, glass of wine, etc never worked, but this does.I will update after a week or two and let you all know if it continues to work.
