This scale is very slim and elegant, clean in its line with rounded corners so it is easy and smooth in the hand. The box it comes in is very convenient as a storage cover and the whole thing, boxed, is still so neat it slips unobtrusively into the cupboard.Accurate to one gram, I have found the scale simple and clean to use. The rectangular glass bed allows a bowl or jug to be used without blocking the weight display, which is a problem I've had with round-base digital scales. There is a tare facility, which is always useful. The display changed instantly as goods (flour, butter, etc) are added or removed. You can choose between Imperial and metric measure; the button to change from the one to the other is on the underneath of the scale but this is immaterial to me because it's easy to set it before I start.The scale is easy to clean and makes me smile at it every time I take from its box. I am truly delighted with it on every front.

Scale is easy to use and appears to be accurate. It is slim and stores away easily.The buttons are touch sensitive so you don't need to press them hard. Also it turns itself off if not used for around 30 seconds so it's best to have all your ingredients readily to hand.

These scales are fine. My wife uses them. They are easy to clean because the surface is glass. My wife likes the fact that they weight to within one gram. Her previous scales only weighed to within five grams. However she has difficulty switching them off manually. She finds it easier to just let them go off by themselves. I haven't had the same problem.

I rarely leave feedback, but these scales deserve it.Firstly, the delivery was incredibly swift.The scale are very elegant. The design, quality and functionality are all to a very high standard. Despite being small (slightly smaller than an A5 book- think of a slim Penguin paperback), possibly not the slimmest scales available, but by no means are they overly chunky.They are easy to use and read. I regularly weigh c1.4kg of flour for bread making in a large bowl and have no problem reading the display (you do have to use common sense where you place the bowl and how you expect to see the display). The display isn't backlit, but as I have no intention of cooking in the dark, I fail to see this as a shortcoming. The display will also indicate minus values; I find this very useful for batch freezing food (throw the whole lot on the scales - set them to zero, remove chosen portion quantity for freezing, reset to zero and repeat). I am glad to say these scales do not offer to measure cc or fluid ounces - nor should they; they measure weight, not volume (yes, I know kg is a measure of mass, not weight, but my cooking tends to take place around terrestrial sea level, so let's not split hairs).The top plate is plain glass with the printing to the underside so nothing will scratch off. The two touch sensitive switch areas either side of the display mean no buttons to trap dust or moisture and no soft plastic covers to crack or displace. My scales don't 'auto-off' until well over 5 minutes; this may not give enough time to nip to the corner shop for some cocoa powder, but is easily long enough to route around in your store cupboard. Triple A batteries should last longer than coin cell ones and have the advantage that you can usually snaffle some emergency spares from a remote control, torch or toy until the shops open!On the down side, I feel the quality of the plastic base cover doesn't match the rest of the product - you don't see it in use so this is nit-picking. Perhaps more importantly, as has been noted, the metric / imperial button is on the base and not as easy to use as it might be. I can understand why, and for me the clean, functional top plate is more important than an easy to use conversion switch. If you need to change units 'on the fly' or very frequently, then this may be an issue.

I'm a person who hardly ever uses a weighing scale, but for the few times when I do, this is perfect. It really is small and slim, so it slips into a kitchen draw along with many other useful things. Without being too complicated it has all the features that I wanted: weighs in either metric and imperial: easy to use add and weigh facility: can be used to weigh stuff up to 5 kilos/9lb15oz; and I also like that it takes AAA batteries, which I have in the house anyway for other things.I can really recommend these scales, especially for people with limited space in the kitchen.

I am very Very disappointed with these scales. They were bought to replace my Salter Arc electronic scales that I loved but they died exactly a year after I bought them! So decided to spend twice as much for a different scale. I thought at first my Panasonic bread maker had developed a fault as suddenly my usually perfect bread (allrecipes ) were no longer turning out well. All strange shapes and heavy.Then one day I noticed that the measurement on the scale was just changing all the time when I was not even touching it.so used my other cake baking scales to check the weight shown on my new scales and they are totally wrong. Now I know what the problem was with my bread so will not be using these scales again. A complete waste of money. I would rather have my old Salter scales and re buy every year!

Weighs accurately. The machine will not zero. I have to switch the machine off then switch it back on. Sometimes the machine will not switch off immediately, I have to keep pressing it off. When weighing a lot, it is a nightmare. Will buy a Salter as much easier to use.

Really nice digital scales. It is so compact and easy to clean. The tare function to reset everything to zero when you have other stuff in makes life so much easier as you don't have to weigh everything in separate bowls. Expensive but well worth the money.

Pesa correctamente y cumple con su función. Muy ligera y con botones táctiles. Al tener la superficie toda lisa es muy fácil de limpiar si se cae algo encima.

Cette petite balance est très pratique et qui plus est jolie par sa sobriété.Comme l'indique le titre du commentaire : simple, précise et efficace.2 touches On/off et tare. Pèse au gramme près. Limite de 5kgIl est possible de réaliser la tare en posant le récipient avant d'appuyer sur On/off.Les boutons sont intégrés dans la surface de pesée et sont tactiles.Son format très réduit et compact a permis de lui trouver une place dans notre cuisine qui est assez limitée en espace de travail. Elle peut même se glisser entre le mur et un robot tellement son épaisseur est faible.Attention a bien la posée sur un support stable et dur pas sur une table avec du Bulle-gomme car c'est la pression sur ces petits pieds qui donnent la pesée.Vraiment s'il fallait la critiquer : elle bascule légèrement si l'on appuie un peu trop sur le bord avant (mais bon c'est normal vue la taille) et sa taille réduite entraine parfois une lecture malaisée de l'écran lorsque l'on pèse de très large récipients qui dépassent de la balance (normal aussi vue sa taille).Une erreur sur le site toutefois de proposition d'achat groupé de la balance + piles CRxxxx. Elle fonctionne avec 3 piles AAA, fournies et installées que l'on active en tirant sur une languette. (Les plus petites des piles normales et pas avec les piles spéciales proposées à la vente conjointe de la balance que j'ai acheté malheureusement)Pour conclure : allez-y les yeux fermés. Tellement satisfait que nous avons renouvelée notre pèse personne dans la même marque et nous en sommes tout autant satisfait.

Die Waage ist sogar für meine arthroseerkrankte fast 80-jährige Mutter einfach zu bedienen. Die berührungsempfindlichen Bedienfelder funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Genauigkeit ist für jeden Praxisgebrauch in einer Küche vollständig ausreichend. Versuche mit Gewichten ergaben Abweichungen von max. 1 Gramm, je nachdem wo auf der Waage das Gewicht platziert wurde. Das ist aber praxisfremd. Im Regelfall hat man das zu wiegende Gut in einem Gefäß relativ mittig, und dann stimmt die Waage sehr genau.Die Waage ist schön flach und lässt sich gut verstauen. Die Ablesung ist durch die großen Ziffern sehr gut auch für schlechter sehende Leute. Die Waage lässt sich sehr gut reinigen, da sie aus Glas ist.Fazit: Eine sehr gute, formschöne und praxistaugliche Waage,die jeden Euro wert ist.

Aufgund der Maße praktisch hochkant im Schrank zu verstauen. Leicht zu reinigen. Macht auch optisch was her.Aber:Das Display geht bei Nichtbenutzung relativ schnell in den Ruhezustand und dann ist das Gewicht "verloren". Sehr unpraktisch und ärgerlich also, wenn vielleicht gerade eine neue Mehlpackung geöffnet werden muss...Außerdem ist das Display leider häufig so ungünstig verdeckt, dass das Ablesen des Gewichts schwierig wird.Alles in allem kann man mit den Makeln leben...

Muy buena. Cómoda, práctica y del tamaño perfecto. De fácil manejo. Las pesadas sucesivas al incorporar nuevos elementos se hace de forma muy fácil e intuitiva. Excelente relación calidad/precio
