Quality product, great for experimenting.
This was the first Sonicake pedal I ever purchased, a little over year ago, and I still love it. The reverb is lush and spacious, and the delay is remarkable. The controls are intuitive and offer a fairly broad array of settings. This pedal opened up the doors of delay and reverb for me, helping me to better understand both and giving me just enough tools to explore those sounds. This pedal helped me fall in love with reverb, and so I eventually purchased a Strymon Big Sky (I still use the Sonicake delay/reverb, as I like stacking the reverb effects.). If you're looking for something to experiment with and don't want to pay Big Sky prices, this is a great option. Build quality is solid, sound is on point, and I'm still in love with this pedal.

Really good delay/reverb and a great value
In my opinion, this is a very solid delay/reverb pedal for really low money -$55. I am running this after a Truetone Rte 66 compressor/overdrive and just before a Keeley Zoma reverb/tremolo. The pedal board output feeds a Carl Martin Ampster as an amp-less set up with an XLR out to the board. I am using the Zoma for the base reverb effect and obviously for when I want some tremolo. The Sonicake is really good for a lot of soundscapes. The reverb is more like a hall reverb with a pretty long decay and creates a good ambient-type sound - especially when stacked on the Zoma reverb. Because you can turn on the delay and keep the reverb off for the Levitate (separate on/off switches), I can set up for running a short delay into the Zoma for some interesting deluxe reverb tones with an old school rockabilly/country feel. The other big plus is having both wet and dry signal control knobs for really dialing in just the right blend of effect for the music. I really like this pedal and can't believe the price. Yeah- you can buy a separate delay and reverb from some well-recognized brands, but this is probably 1/4 of what you would pay for those. And I don't believe you will be getting 4X the sound quality - in fact I would bet it may be hard for most to tell the difference. I am really happy with this purchase.

Liked it, but returned it
I really like this pedal a lot, my ONLY gripe with it is that it is a 100% mono pedal. I run time based/wet effects out of my FX loop on Pod Go, and I noticed that when I was using this pedal, it came back in a little bit squished. For what it’s worth, I am primarily a church guitar player so wide, ambient textures are important to me. Other than that, this pedal is built well and sounds great, just not what I needed. If I were to build a fly rig or a backpack rig and I needed to keep it small, I would definitely grab this one for that purpose.

No complaints at this price.
Love this pedal and would have paid twice as much as I did and still consider it a good buy. It works very well and has an impressive amount of configurability. It sounds very vintage through my Fender Mustang amp driven by a Gretsch Electromatic solid-body with P90s; very authentic sounding rockabilly and surf-rock. It’s super easy to use and is built like a little Tonka truck. I’d say this pedal is a great way to dip your toe into guitar effects on the cheap, but good enough to hang on to and gig with (I did).

Good value.
This is for the Sonicake Levitate. The reverb is, well a $50 reverb. It works well as long as you don't over do it with the reverb tails. At least for me the long tails sound a bit too bright and artificial but that's a subjective thing. The delay is a definite step up from the $20-$30 delays (probably based on the pt2399 chip). The delay does not go into oscillation at max feedback. The delayed signal degrades or is passed through a filter to give a vintage type sound. There is also a tap tempo feature which is a very cool capability. The best feature is that the delayed signal and dry signal have individual level controls. You can have the delayed signal as loud or louder than the original signal, or turn the dry signal all the way down and only hear the delayed signal. Overall well worth the $50. The reverb is good if not overdone. The delay is, well is there another delay with 2 second delay time at this price point? The pedal is well built and the pots feel like quality pots. Highly recommended for the quality to price ratio.

My favorite delay reverb pedal so far !!!!
I've purchased a few pedals from sonicake and they definitely get the job done and very well ....I have hundreds of pedals from 15 dollar temu crap to 185 dollars made here in the USA good pedals....and sonicake are absolutely worth the budget friendly asking price.....this pedal makes me feel like I'm in outer space or something lol....I bought it specifically for the delay effect because I like having a few different type of delay pedals but to my surprise this pedal instantly became my new number 1 delay pedal in my ⛓️ chain...( It sounds clearer and more precise if you put this pedal into your effects loop on the back of your amplifier).....but it also has a reverb section as well so you can use both at the same time or one at a time ...if you use them both with a good single coil pickup dude fasten your seatbelt and hold on for the cosmic ride.....

ALMOST perfect, great feature-to-value ratio.
I returned this pedal for one small but crucial reason: I play a good bit of rockabilly, and it was really hard to dial in the right short, slap-back time setting. There's not enough room on the counter-clockwise end of the time dial for accurate settings, and the tap tempo didn't help. Having said that, I HIGHLY recommend this pedal. The reverb is a pleasant plate kind of sound, and the combination of dry and wet is fabulous. The delay is also really great. I imagine this pedal could be used as a combination reverb/delay send effect in a live mixing situation. The tap tempo on the delay and tail setting on the reverb are great perks. Really solid construction and a well designed pedal. Don't let my four stars deter you. It just wasn't quite perfect, but again, it's a steal at the price I paid.

The reverb is good but the delay is not true tone, it has phaser when activated.
please include the phaser sound to the description first.

Awesome value on a great reverb/delay pedal
This is a great sounding pedal. Very adjustable and easy to get the sounds you are looking for by combining the two effects. Either set reverb first and then delay or vice versa and you will get a sound you like. Very good for 80's rock sounds. I added a chorus and eq pedal in front of this one and you can get all the great classic rock sounds from that combination. Best value in a reverb and delay pedal I have ever found. Beats the reverb on my new, state of the art combo amp all day long. This one is a keeper for sure!

Great pedal för the price
För the price, this is easealy a 5 star purchase. Pedal feels robust and sounds great. Great for long delay sounds or deamy landscapes. If you are looking for a simple delay with long delays look no further. Highly recommended.
