after 6 mths occasional use this machine has no pressure and tears rather than perforates the end cap

What I liked was it seemed to be a very close copy of a nespresso machine that had become unreliable after 6 years of fairly heavy use, for about 2/3rds of the price of a nepresso shop replacement.It seems to leak from every possible point where a machine can leak, output is variable, regardless of which button I choose, the device makes up its own mind on how much coffee it will deliver, from a couple of drops to emptying the tank completely unpredicatably. There is an issue with the box that collects used pods also manages to jam the loading mechanism and itself into the machine and, even when told to stop the machine has a considerable drip issue, the drip catcher seems to be permanently full, regardless of level of usage.Coffee tastes alright when you manaually control the amount of water used.

No dust cover for the water reservoir.

This coffee maker makes lukewarm coffee and I regret buying it. Coffee doesn't taste as good either so suspect I will have to abandon it - not good

It is a useless product which I now find I can not even return. Blocks every other use breaks up pods, very messy.

I have since binned it and bought a more suitable one

Product does not piece all pod types therefore disappointed as can't make L'Or coffee etc, also water not very hot.
