Pleasantly surprised
This chest is very well made and looks like a nice piece of furniture. It looks more expensive than it is. Took less than an hour to put together. The finished product is heavy. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Modern Look
Nice solid piece, not flimsy like IKEA furnitures. Very similar to a crate and barrel awhile back but not the easiest to assemble even for a DIY guy like me.

Good quality materials, Good packaging
Had great experience, package came in with no damaged, the pressed wood was good quality. Putting it together was moderately difficult, took me about 1-2 hours just be careful about putting the right screws for the hydraulic arms. I got it for one hundred eighty five dollars which was to me a fair price I would not pay anything more for it however.

Looks more expensive than it is
If you put a leather cushion on top you will get a piece of furniture that looks more expensive than it is. This isn’t solid wood but the panels on outside look good

No instructions ???
I'm ready to love this bench and ordered based on positive reviews. However assembly instructions are no where to be found! 10 am on a Friday and customer service options are closed.

STORAGE OTTOMAN
This was a gift and shipped to LA. It did not require to much effort to assemble. It's a very nice product for the money and sits right at the foot of the bed. She finds it very useful as it has 2 storage compartments and accommodates the additional pillows and blankets.

Poor Quality
Within the first day of use 2 of the 3 hinges completely detached from the back of the unit. All the screws came out after one lift of the lid. I would look into other options as the lid feature is not designed to last.
