There's no instructions but clip the orange tabs off and pull the transparent ribbon with an arrow out sideways until comes off. Drop it in and away it goes. I had zero trouble with this product and no chip problems.

Hi, I would like to warn prospective purchasers of this particular toner ink cartridge. After researching the compatibility of this product to my Pantum printer, I was satisfied enough with the data, so I purchased this product in good faith, the price was fair. Now I have to tell you of my experiences. The cartridge was a perfect fit, slotted into my printer perfectly, so the cartridge itself was the correct cartridge. Unfortunately however, as it transpired the chip was incorrect, so the printer would not print. I solved it by replacing the chip from the previous cartridge that I had removed, and now it works perfectly. So beware, and be prepared to remove the chip from your old cartridge before discarding it. Hope this helps.

Didnt have to do anything, other than sliding it in place of the old empty original one. It works great and the color is deep black

Worked as expected, however first few pages had some "smudging" as it cleaned off the barrel but perfect after that cleaned itself.

Great product, easy to install and lasts a long time. I'm not fond of the new concepts used by printer companies which continually monitors my printers and charges me based on how and WHAT I print. I've also used a different provider that sells on Amazon and their cartridges ruined a very expensive printer. So was very pleased that this brand works with no monitoring chip and serves all my printing needs. FYI, I am not affilated with anyone who works for Amazon or this company. Nor do iget gifts or money for my reviews.

This generic toner cartridge worked well with the Pantum printer. Great value for the money and printing quality same as original cartridges.

This is a KNOWN ISSUE withthis printer and toner cartridge. Even if you follow al the instructions, and insert the roll correctly, Windows deosn't 'see' or acknowledge the new cartridge. It continues to show 0%. It has to do withe the green circuit chip on the end on the cartridge. SOME are good, and some are not. Evene if they have tonoer in them, if the circuit is bad, or sat in the warehouse too long, or was exposed to magnetic fields....or whatever - they won't work. There are dozens of users online asking the exact same quetsion on the Pantum users forum. This stinks too, because when its working it works great. Nice little printer.
