Diarrhea Galore!!
I have used probiotics since forever!! I normally use Mercolas or some other top top brand. I decided to buy these and use them once i finished my Mercola probiotics and which i did.Unfortunetly these probiotics gave me the worst diarrhea of my entire life!! It went on for nearly a month and i was stupid enough to continue and thinking that it would get better, which it didn't.I researched for why i could be getting diarrhea and although it is a common side effect in the early first weeks of using probiotics for the first time ever or in a long time, i wasn't a first time user. As i said, i have been taking probiotics since forever.I am not allergic or intolerent to any of the ingredients and this is why it's such a mystery for me.I did contact Garden of Life directly and they had no idea in short.I give it one star because it simply didn't work and put in a load of pain and mess.All i'm going to say is buy with caution.

Best vitamins brand for living humans
Living foods - and nutrients sourced from them and minimally processed - are uniquely structured for immediate uptake by cells and tissues. Sometimes I eat an all raw diet for this very reason, but it's hard to keep up indefinitely so when I'm not eating raw I take these vitamins.Until I tried these for the first time about twenty years ago, I thought of vitamin pills like a form of insurance - who knows if they help but they might. The day after I started on these (the daily multivitamin version) I felt significantly better - more clarity, energy, and comfort in my body. I'm convinced these are the best vitamins available.My only criticism is the amount of B vitamins. I think everyone goes for excessively high quantities of the Bs in their supplement formulations because it's the only way most people will notice that the vitamins are working: makes your pee bright yellow and gives some extra energy. Too much Bs makes me feel overstimulated, so for this reason I take about half what they recommend, and even less if I'm using their other vitamins - like calcium, C and iron - because some of these have Bs in them also.

Works good and shipped with cold pack
I have used this product for a couple years and have found that it provides digestive benefit. My latest shipment was fulfilled by Pattern (formerly iServe) and I was pleased that the shipment came in a special cold pack envelope.
