The muscle toner in the past always peel away in mid use when I am sitting down but this one has the sides which wraps around the handles and in turn hold the front plate firmly in place. When the get pad is in good contact with the skin I only need level 6 to start getting muscle contractions, at level 7 I start to feel warm after 5 minutes around the area.I use this 3-4 times a week on the days when I am not actively training on the bike, a 15 minute with the plate then stretch out doing a back arch and I can really feel the abs muscle had done a work out.I bought this for the abs plate and not really use the 2 smaller plates, so not sure if that is of any use as shown on the ad with biceps...Charging the units is easy with the 3 way split cable, just plug it into a USB socket and wait for the red light to goes off (tiny dot on top of the display screen)

Very cheap, time will tell if it does the job and how long it will last

Received the order by the next day, unwrapped it, only to find there were no connectors. So as it stands can't use it as have nothing to power the belt! Have requested these be sent, so far nothing, but to be fair was a bank holiday weekend after i got them, so hopefully hear after that! Item will be going back if I don't hear in the next few days after the the bank holiday or so. Shame.

I tried alot if stimulator before, now I'm using this one since last week and this is good to use because I like it's function to change the modes and i recommend to use it after Gym or running for best results

Shockingly powerful (excuse the pun). For a wireless muscle contractor, this is surprisingly powerful. Comes with plenty of spare sticky pads. I’m enjoying it so far. Only thing it could have come with some instructions as mine didn’t

First few times it seemed good, after I realized item might be faulty as one of them is starting to show burn marks on belt. Also devices are not the same, one hand works on level 2 the other on level 6 that shouldn't be even if they both been charged equally.Will definitely ask for refund or better replacement.
