what is the weight without rear basket?

The rear basket is attached to the cart and cant be removed or at least i haven't found out how to do it.

Can this cart handle going over sidewalk terrian if I walk it a mile each way?

Yes. If I come to a rough spot I pull instead of push as these types of tires are hard to push over a bump. I find it very easy to turn it around and pull it. I think pneumatic tires would be easier to negotiate small bumps but then you have to reinflate at inconvenient times.

Question 3

Can this fit a full case of of water e.x. poland spring 24 pk?

I am sorry that I can not give you an honest answer.    I hae not put any size of water in especially 24 pack of water.    It is a good size shopping cart and would probably hold 24 pack, but that would be heavy.   If you would like to buy a 24 pack of water, please ask someone working in the grocery store to load it for you and plan on someone at your home to unload it.  The heaviest I have had in my cart which is new is china, crystal and sisler all at once to take to a lunch.   I hope this helps.

what are the dimensions of the nuts for the cart because i need to replacement one that i lost and neither the description or manual tells me?

I don't know, and I had to replace one too.  I ordered every size there was(4/16, 5/16, 6/16, 7/16, 9/16) but not 8mm or any mms from Lowes. My guess is that it's an 8mm. However, what I ended up doing was going to a little auto repair shop, and they tested nuts on the bolt until they found one that fit. The one they gave me didn't list a size either! So my best advice, is to head to an auto repair shop and ask if they have a nut. I spent $10 at lowes and none fit, but the auto shop gave me the nut for free.
