Easy to fit to alarm system

Purchased this to replace a dead house alarm battery. Maintenance company would have charged us over £100! It was easy to open the control box and replace the battery with this one. Job done.

Bought this to replace the battery in our house alarm. Perfect all round and an easy job to do. Working well.

It’s ok but my Allarm still giving me problem after i fit this battery

This is a second replacement for our intruder alarm - the previous lasted a long time so no issues with that. A much better price than the previous as I bought that from the supplier of the alarm. Both batteries were identical so this represents great value. The previous one cost nearer £37.My only 'niggle' was the packaging. It is quite a heavy battery and it came in a jiffy bag. Royal Mail had put this into a plastic bag apologising for the condition of the packaging. But the battery appeared to be undamaged and worked when installed.

Had a warning on our alarm panel that battery was suspect. This prevented us from setting the alarm.Rather than call an engineer, we read a few reviews and decided to try a straight swap of the old battery for new. At £12 for a new battery, there was little to lose. Took 2 mins to remove connectors from old and attach to the new, and hey presto - no more battery warning and alarm is working perfectly again. Easy, inexpensive job than anyone could do.

After our alarm system kept going off whenever there was a brief power cut I realised that the alarm's battery was the issue - it was over 7 years old. The Yucel replacement did the trick. It was cheap and easy to install.

An OEM like-for-like replacement battery for my burglar alarm for a fraction of the price that the alarm company would charge me. What's not to like. Product arrived quickly.Like a previous reviewer I would question the common sense at Premier Solutions behind posting a heavy lead acid battery in such totally inappropriate packaging - in my case a thin padded jiffy bag, that the battery has bust through the corners of. There were a few scuffs on the battery as a result, but no obvious serious damage to the battery, although but one of the terminals was bent down onto the battery as a result.I also noted that the +ve terminal insulator to prevent accidental short circuit in transit (shown in the picture) was missing which did fill not me with confidence that someone might not have had a play with this battery before me! Manufacture Date was May 2016, delivered in Jan 2017 so lets just hope all it's been doing is sitting on a shelf for those 7 months!
