Chipolo Plus Bluetooth Key Finder and Phone Finder - The Loudest (100 dB) - Red

Stopped working after a month or so. Left several messages, no return phone call from Chipolo. I did receive email instructions to reset. I did this, still not working. Emailing back & forth for days.....product stopped working March 13.....today I was told to contact Amazon....what???....At this point I am out of the 30 day window to return. Chipolo says they warrant their product for one year so why won't they exchange the defective product for a new one.....initially the product worked wonderfully, now it serves as a marker to distinguish my keys from others.....horrible experience....BEWARE

My Chipolo Plus failed in 4 months, and although they say a one year warranty I'm having no luck trying to get a replacement from them.Support has been terrible once we got past the 'have you reset it' email.I responded with my order info and now it's like emailing a ghost.Although I did finally get a chirpy email a week later informing me my ticket was being closed as they thought they fixed the problem.I wish I had gotten Tile.Don't get one of these.

lots of problems. just didn't continue to work after calling and having it reset twice. Great customer support tho. I bought three and two of them didn't work after about 2 weeks and resets etc.

I love this thing! I particularly like that it's round.

It's not very loud, can barely hear it from 50 ft straight away from it. I lose the signal just going around the corner in my house.

I love my Chipolo. It protects my life and schedule. Sometimes in this hurried life, I will leave my planner/journal behind. Then when I go to look for it - like magic - my phone knows right where it is. Awesome!!

Works to find the keys but the part that supposed to find the phone doesn’t work got it to work one time but that was it if you close the app out on your phone it won’t work to find the phone so really doesn’t help

Poor range

Firstly this says it has a replaceable battery, this is only the case if you are willing to break it to open it. Once it has been opened it will not stay together again and loses it's integritySecondly and more importantly, the technology is poor. It frequently loses contact with our phones when it is only a few metres away.Thirdly the software is poor. I have shared my Chipolo with my wife but if I am connected to it, my wife can't make it ring. Why not? If we are both looking for something (like a lost child) it is not helpfulToo often mine says 'connecting...' for an age, and whilst it is saying this my wife's phone can't connect to it or make it ringThis is a poorly developed product, with bad software and misleading marketing we will be returning ours & suggest you do not buy one

I have this on my key ring because I'm always forgetting when I put my keys in the house. It's really useful because I can ring it from my phone and find it quite easily as it's loud enough to hunt down. I don't think it would be that useful if I lost it in public as you have to be near the keys (bluetooth range) to get a guesstimate of where they might be, but it is a good solution for my misplacement around the home.

I lost my keys several weeks ago and have been using a spare set. When I found them again (which was a complete fluke!) I decided I'd better get some help, just in case I dropped them in the house again. Cue the Chipolo.Well... it looks pretty. However this is advertised in online reviews as one of the loudest ringers on the market but has nowhere near the volume level I was expecting. I dropped my keys behind a cushion on the couch and programmed my phone to ring the Chipolo. I had to sit on the couch and lean down to the cushion to hear it. God help me if I ever drop them in the garage or in the bottom of the wardrobe. I would never find them again. I'm really disappointed and at this point I feel I've wasted my money.Isn't there any way the volume can be increased? Has anyone managed to do that? Do I have a dud Chipolo?

If you're like me and throw your keys in any old random place when you get in after a long day at work and then forget the next day, then Chipolo is for you. Just go onto the app to make your chi polo ring or, if you can't find your phone and have your keys just double press Chipolo.

Got these for the Mrs - always losing either keys or phone. Pressing the fob rings the phone, and the app rings the keys - Perfect! Easy to set up, custom button on the home screen makes it easy to trigger.
