Night and day difference. Life changing
Don't mind the armor, I don't have a lot of photos showing my hair fully natural. In the second photo, I used this chemical straightener and it did an amazing job. This year however was when I fully mastered it.(☞ ◕‿↼ ͜)☞My first three times using this product, I'll admit that I didn't really understand what I was doing. By the fifth round, I understood exactly what my hair could and could not take and grew bolder by deviating from the instructions.I recommend *following the instructions exactly the first time* and deviating after you get a feel for what your hair can and cannot handle. I will tell you what I did to get perfectly bone-straight hair.Just know that I have very thick, curly, and resistant hair. The curl is so strong that whenever it gets wet it springs back into place and when straightened and short, I get legit gravity-defying anime hair, that's how stiff my hair strands are.DISCLAIMER:IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY BLEACHED YOUR HAIR, DO A STRAND TEST BEFORE DEVIATING FROM INSTRUCTION LIKE I DID.And if you DO bleach your hair afterward, the hair will be greatly damaged and start stretching after two rounds of lightener, but I digress.First, straighten your hair and apply the first cream. Let it sit for the prescribed time. Rise the chemical out and blow dry your hair. (Note: my hair begins to curl whenever it gets wet so this stage doesn't really do much for me since the hair starts curling again when I put the product in.)Next step: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! FLAT IRON THE HAIR BONE STRAIGHT. If you need to up the heat past the instructed temperature, then do a test patch, and NO NOT do this on bleached hair. If the hair starts breaking with the patch test then lower the heat and try again. Also use small patches, no need to have a whole chunk missing.ಠ_ಠAnd I don't care if it's been over 6 months since you last bleached already bleached hair, all the damage your hair receives is permanent till you cut it off. Please, for the love of god, don't do it.(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ (*me, enraged and flipping table*)Anyways, If you can get the hair bone straight it will STAY that way. Take your time, and do your entire head a bit at a time until it's perfect, you will thank me later. I need to straighten my hair twice since it's so stubborn.Next step, make sure to work the neutralizer all the way in. Slather it on, and get it into every hair follicle. Gently brush it through starting at the ends and gradually moving up the hair. If you don't have the hair coated in the neutralizer, the hair will continue processing and you will get breakage. So get it in there and let that neutralizer sit in there and do its job. Even if you mess this step up, you'll see some breakage but not too much unless you royally messed up so don't get stressed out.Like I said, follow the instructions first then deviate as you feel you can, and the previous disclaimers still stand. Everyone's hair is different, this is what I have found works for mine. Best of luck!◕‿↼

It's real and it WORKS
100% absolutely works on both virgin and bleached hair and I have 3c curls. Just look at the pictures. Top is before, left is in process wet, right is complete dry. The product creates excellent, permanent results but keep in mind that completely depends on how commited you are to the process. Just doing 2 inches of roots took me parting the hair into 8 sections and multiple timers. Most areas took about 40 mins, bleached areas 20. I did a strand test first. There was no breakage, no weakness, no frizz. Shiseido is the best!

Do not use if hair has been previously bleached. Good product but not for bleached hair.
I used this on previously highlighted and bleached hair, and it absolutely fried mai hair, washed it just after I applied it, I didn't wait because I realized something was wrong, the hair appeared lighter like the colour was coming off and when I passed my hand through the hair it came out with lots of hairs. Also when I washed it a lot of hair came off. I blow dried it, gave some passes with a straightener at 180 degrees applied the neutralizer and hoped that I would still have hair after. I did, I had to cut a lot because the ends were fried, about 10 cm. But my hair is very straight except for the roots where it is wavy-curly. I have 2C-3A very thick, frizzy, voluminous and porous hair. After a month I did a keratin treatment with emphasis on the roots and my hair is now shiny and healthy and completely straight. My hair had been bleached lastly about 2 years before but I also had two highlights services after. The end part of my hair that was bleached several times and the highlighted hair seemed to be very affected. I think the product works, does exactly what is says but it should not be used on bleached hair. I think I will try it again in one or two years if I manage to stay away from bleach in the meantime, otherwise I would never put this in my hair.

Good product but not easy for personal use
After I use the step 1, my hair can be stretched to be try long ( expected) , however, after I applied step 2 with half an hour, my hair still stretches. It’s end up with go to the shop.
