This wall clock was so hard to find and we are so happy with it. Our prior clock was awesome but finally died after 20 years. This clock keeps perfect time and is almost a perfect fit for the hanger I had installed to hold the clock we replaced. Make sure you review that carefully if you need to try and used the same wall hanger you've already installed.We found there to be some horizontal lines on clock face that does not show up well in the photo and are more pronounced with the lighting in our kitchen. At first we didn't like it but quickly became accustom to it and it's no longer an issue for us. Like so many other things we weren't sure of, once we lived with it for a bit, it is of no consequence.

Nice clock; well packed. However no battery was included as was stated it was in the description. Not a big deal, but the overview should be accurate.

I got the perfect look I wanted

I tried different wall clocks, but there was always an issue. The Seiko has worked correctly from the moment I received it. It is exactly what I needed and I am happy I purchased it.

Why did this quartz Seiko clock gain 4 minutes in 3 days using a brand new Duracell AA battery? I don't know, and Seiko Wall Clocks Customer Service seems to know nothing, they can't even tell me what the expected tolerance is for their/this quartz clock. I talked to someone w/ 30 yrs experience in wall clocks, was told in the last 2 yrs battery manufactures have been overpowering their batteries, and that's the problem. And to use Energizer Max w/ expiration date 2036, expiration 2030 is "okay", but 2029 is "hit or miss". I called Duracell, and the woman w/ 2 yrs experience handling warranty issues told me that I have been misinformed, it couldn't be their batteries, that PowerBoost Duracells only have extended shelf life. Gosh!

Couldn't be happier! A beautifully made clock buy Seiko!!

Looks great. Runs a bit fast. Adds about 2 minutes over 90 days.
