Not as sweet as peach slices in light syrup so this fruit in juice might be suitable for a diabetic .You could mix contents of this tin with contents of fruit in light syrup possibly .That might still be O K for a diabetic .If you want them sweeter you could make up a Birds custard using the maximum amount of sugar given in instructions on the drum of Birds Custard powder ,and have peaches and custard eg .Or nice cut up on Weetabix with a little of the juice and evaporated milk on top .Milk contains lactose ,a milk sugar so it is sensible to buy these peaches in juice if you are watching sugar levels .Peaches with double cream is nice Some of these peach slices were very large .
