Figi's Grandma's Fruitcake, 2 lbs.

I got this fruitcake for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, it said it was from FIJI (a company that sells fruitcakes). I have purchased other foods from FIJI before and was very disappointed. This cake was also very disappointing. My husband took one bite and said "Our birds will like it" and we fed to them. I wish that the advertisement in Amazon would have noted that this cake was from FIJI because I would not have purchased it.

This is made in my home town of Beatrice, Nebraska!! It is just as good as the wonderful fruitcake I use to get from Kauffman's Bakery in Omaha--now closed forever. It is even just as good as the fruit cake I have learned to make. Saves me a lot of time and trouble. In the end, mine might be just as expensive after buying all the many candied fruits and taking much time to cut them all up into small pieces.

This fruitcake was a hit! The cake held together well and the taste was delicious! Will buy again!

I’m not a big fruitcake fan but I LOVE the taste of this one. It’s the only brand I’ll eat. More fruit and nuts than cake. Cake has a wonderful flavor!

I bought this for my wife, she gave me one sample of it and I must agree this is the best fruit cake I have aver eaten

This is the most delicious fruitcake we have ever had. I have purchased Grandma's Fruitcake for a couple of years, and have also tried other brands, and Grandma's is by far the best we have ever had. I will continue to order it as long as it is available.
