Have started using these in our new HP printer as they are around half the cost of overpriced HP 'originals'. No noticeable difference in print quality and cartridges were accepted by the printer with the usual 'non-genuine HP cartridge' warning on the screen which you can just cancel and continue.Just ordered our second set as the first set are now replacing the initial low capacity one supplied with the printer. Will probably be a while before the second set need to be installed as these are the high capacity versions.

I print quite a lot of text (emails, letters etc) and share my HP 8710 with my family. I purchased the Black with Colour Cartridges in August and the Black Cartridge has just run out. The report from my HP 8710 states that I have printed over 1,800 pages since I started using the printer (with 90 pages in Colour). This not bad going since I used the supplied starter inks and then removed them after a few days as I wanted to test out and try these Cartridges instead.I always print double-sided to save on paper and whenever I have printed I have personally found the print quality to be as good as the original. I haven't printed many photos yet so I can't comment on that but for text in Black and also in Colour these Cartridges are great...I have just replaced the Black Cartridge with the same High Capacity Cartridge. and my printer is up and running straight away.I am very pleased with my purchase and I would strongly recommend that anyone tries them especially as the have a long warranty and other customers have had very good after sales service and support.

Avoid buying these, this whole chip thing is clearly unsustainable as my new HP 7740 failed to accept the inks. I guess any updates that HP make will invalidate whatever trickery these guys have pulled to circumvent the chip security. It recognised the inks that are missing, but displays an error warning throughout once they are all in. Sending back for a refund and probably end up shelling out £80 for the originals. Thankfully I don't need to print a huge amount often so should last a couple years. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Bought a set of those at the beginning of December to have as a reserve when we run out of ink. We are a busy family and our printer is used both for private and work/research. In the middle of printing a 50 page manuscript with a lot of graphics tonight I needed to change my yellow printer cartridge and - guess what - my trusty HP printer tells me there is a problem with the cartridge. Printer will now not work. Ordered an original HP one now. Cannot finish my work tonight and am really frustrated. And of course, the return window by Amazon is also over. Frustrated beyond words.

Bought a set to replace the starter cartridges in OfficeJet Pro 7740. Have worked fine with good quality output. You will get the non-HP cartridge message but performance unaffected. They are lasting very well also. Excellent value compared to the OEM 953XL cartridges. Would buy these again.

I bought these 8 months ago to save money. Big mistake ! They say these are compatible with HP 8710 but they aren't. I fitted a black and a yellow and each time get a message "Remove and install the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the cartridge."It takes a genuine HP black cartridge just fine. But I don't have a genuine HP yellow, so cannot print until I can get one online.I wonder if the cartridge is physically compatible but HP have put a block in their software that rejects any cartridge that is not their own brand ? A quick online search confirms that HP printer firmware updates have been doing this for some years. It may be that Office World can circumvent this but a new firmware update will soon come out that renders their cartridges useless. HP clearly consider remanufactured third part products to be dangerous .. to their profit margins.Of course, the delay from buying the cartridge to installing it means I won't get my money back.Don't buy Office World remanufactured cartridges, it's a false economy and indeed a con.In fact don't buy remanufactured cartridges. Ever. I have learned my lesson.

I have given it a while before reviewing these, just in case, but I have had no issues. My HP Pro 8710 knows these are not HP originals, but it has not caused any problems. Copies are good and clear, and the colors are accurate. I will buy these agin when the time comes.

I was a bit dubious at first, but at a 3rd of the manufacturer's price, I was willing to give it a go. On installation my HP Printer/Scanner/Copier told me they were not original. I ignored the warning and continued. The cartridges work perfectly. I'll definitely be using these again.
