Muy buen producto, lo uso para sellar ceramica en el exterior de la casa y en terraza, con una buena limpieza antes de aplicar el sellador salio como nuevo y con excelente resistencia al agua. Se aplica muy facil con una toalla humeda, se seca en minutos para pisar. 5 estrellas sin duda

Great water barrier
Easy and light to apply, don't worry if it gets foamy, just brush off excess. Water does not penetrate after drying. Use sparingly. 1/2 gallon did approx. 450 sq ft. So far excellent, better than other water based products.
