Can I use this in my 2016 Suzuki swift ?

I don't know a lot about the Swift, but I suspect if you look in the owners manual it will specify a thicker oil. All engine oils are graded by viscosity (thickness), this is oil is graded  0W20 .  One reviewer said they wouldnt buy it again because it was thin like sewing machine oil. This is true but that is why it's a premium oil. Most of the wear on an engine happens in the first few seconds after a cold start. Firstly because the components are designed to work most efficiently at quite a hot temperature, after they have expanded as the engine warms up.
Probably a greater cause of wear, particularly on very cold mornings in this country, is the common use of the much thicker (and much cheaper) 'standard' viscosity oils like 20W50.. This can be so thick on those mornings that the oil pump struggles to get enough oil to all parts of the engine.
Manufacturers specify this type of oil for their higher performance models. The downnside is that this oil wears out quicker, so oil change intervals are less, usually around 7000 miles.
To answer your question more directly, I would think that you could use it, but unless the engine is new and very low wear, I wouldn't. Hopefully my rather long  winded preamble above,explains why.

If you check your owners manual it will give you the specification of the oil needed, if it says 0w-20 API syn + or ilsac 6a then it is the correct specification.
