Despite being a bit expensive compared to similar items, my cat loves being stroked and brushed. However, she hates the noise - it scares her!It's quite nice on my own scalp, but I'd not have bought it if I'd known how noisy it was.

Massaging heads are made of a tough only slightly flexible plastic so it feels rough against the skin, after 5 mins my scalp felt sore. Speeds are fast and very fast so not very relaxing, the third mode (as advertised) is off. So far the battery seems to have lasted a while but I don't use it much.

As the title states. I’ve had a few of these over the years. Each one I’ve bought previously (different brands) has lasted about a year or so, before giving up. I stated using this a week ago, immediately had problems with it turning off. But now, after using it for bout 5 seconds, it cuts out even if fully charged. Also, the speed option doesn’t work any longer. It changes direction, but will not go to the faster speed. Requested refund now.
