Bicycle Motorcycle Alarm

Amazing bit of kit, instantly puts a very loud alarm on anything you attach it to, 100% worth the money.

Does exactly what it says. Not visible under our bike cover and I think just removing the cover would set it off. The alarm is very loud! I have set it off twice accidentally, once with the garden broom when I gently knocked the bikes and once when I caught it with water from the garden hose. It stopoed quite quickly, but from testing it we know if disturbed again it goes off for longer and is so loud we have to keep the control out where we can see it, definitely wouldn't want to be rummaging in a drawer while it is going off! The bikes are chained together, but from past experience that is no deterrent. So glad we didn't pay out for an expensive padlock and chain. No chance of anyone taking our bikes now, not without us hearing. Great to have the bikes out of the house again.

Really great product. Gives me great peace of mind when the bike is locked up at night, good and loud. The only downside is that it is rather loud when you deactivate the alarm also- It would be nice to have the option to quietly deactivate it as sometimes I set of riding early in the morning and I hate to think I’ve woken my neighbours up.

Having already had one electric bike stolen I was worried that the same thing would happen to my new one. It's frightening that thieves carry cutters that can break through the strongest of locks in a matter of seconds.This little device is impressive, just attach it to your bike in an unobtrusive place and it will sound a very loud alarm if your bike is so much as nudged. The remote control works over extreme distances, I was surprised that I was upstairs in my flat while the bike was downstairs and I pressed the remote accidently and it activated the alarm.At best this will work as a deterrent and could possibly frighten a potential thief, but it's not foolproof. If someone was determined enough it could easily be silenced with a hammer and there have been times when I've nudged my bike accidentally in a busy shopping area, the alarm has sounded and no one has taken any notice. There is no guarantees that it will stop your bike being stolen, but it does add a little more peace of mind knowing it could possibly save your bike if it did scare a potential thief away who was taken by surprise and thought twice before taking it with a loud alarm sounding.

Fitted this alarm to my MT-125 motorbike. Didn't want one that would drain the battery on my bike so I opted for a self contained unit.It's simple and easy to use. There's YouTube tutorials on how to set the sensitivity and ringer (just search the model number ->KS-SF22R<-). You can also test the alarm to hear which ringtone you picked and to see how flat the battery is (is quieter the lower the batteries).Only con is the batteries that come with the alarm aren't fantastic and I will be changing them for Duracell at a later date. No biggy though, you pay for the device and it's well worth it.TIP:I've got 2 locked slots on my bike, one requires the driver's key and the one is a ratchet screw. I would suggest to hide the alarm in an area that doesn't require the driver's key because the locks are easily picked and not everyone carries round a torque wrench around.Will update review if there's any issues...

Excellent value for money. Incredibly loud and sensitive. Instructions are a little difficult to understand.

Product performs well. If the bike is moved in any way a warning sounds. If the interference continues then the alarm proper sounds...loudly! I think this a very effective way to discourage would be thieves! Good product at a fair price, very happy and in conjunction with my chain lock I feel comfortable leaving my bike unattended. It would take a very determined robber to steal this bike. I have in the past had 2 quality bikes stolen which may have been averted if I had one of these devices fitted!

UPDATE: So after 4 months use, the original batteries are still in the unit. Buying another as a gift.***************************************************************************************************************After my car got broken into, I decided to get a car alarm installed but I needed to do some research first. In the meantime, this device would give me some coverage. It's relatively small in size easy to set up and hide anywhere inside your vehicle. For me, the sensitivity is just about right. Once activated, hard closing of the car door will set it off. It's not perfect but for the money, it's very good value for security.It takes 3 AAA batteries and as I've only had the unit for a week, I can't comment on battery life. I'll update this later once the batteries need replacing.

I am using this product for my car since last two weeks. I tied this product inside the car bonnet (Near to wiper but not accessable from outside). The sensity level of the product is really nice. It can even detect the engine turn On/Off. But i am little bit disappointed with the bulit quality of the remote (Feels like toys remote). If company can provide the remote with a rubber pouch it will be much better. Overall i liked this product on this price tag.

Acquistato per il mio scooter che staziona parcheggiato sotto casa. Le dimensioni del dispositivo, permettono di installarlo in molteplici posizioni. Personalmente l’ho fissato con delle fascette da elettricista.Il dispositivo segnala movimenti e urti che il mezzo subisce, prima con una breve segnalazione sonora, se poi il movimento/spostamento continua scatta invece l’allarme vero e proprio con la sirena. La potenza del suono è sufficiente per essere sentita a molti metri di distanza e comunque sufficiente per attirare l’attenzione. La sensibilità ai movimenti si può impostare, tramite il comodo telecomando che ovviamente, serve anche per l’inserimento e il disinserimento. Considerate che ad un livello medio di sensibilità, segnala anche l’apertura del bauletto porta casco.Insomma un ottimo prodotto, ad un prezzo a dir poco ridicolo.
