My husband and I had so much fun solving this case! The design and quality of the materials is quite stunning. Feels so much like a real detective case. I would say the difficulty was 3.5 out of 5. It took us about 4 hours to solve in several sessions. I saved everything and then passed it on to a friend!

This game kept my husband and I entertained for days!!! It is equivalent to a home version of an escape room. A lot of thought went into the design & clues. I loved the different media interactions between the internet and various pieces of evidence. Great storyline too!!! I will be giving this game to my friends as gifts.

Super fun doing this with my family. It was not overly hard. The first part was for sure the hardest. Do yourself a favor and get this.

This was a fun way to test all the knowledge I have from crime books and TV. I have always been interested in police investigation but am not courageous enough to be on the streets with the real heroes. This gave me a way to solve the crime from the comfort of my home. I loved the different sources for information. I’ll be looking for a second Cryptic Killer investigation to solve!

This will be my third review for Cryptic Killers because I seriously cannot get enough!!As per usual, the packaging was outstanding, the case itself was amazingly put together, and truly made me feel like a detective!This case follows Penelope "Nell" Phryp, a private investigator that was hired at Mediluck Medicines to find who is leaking the company's information on a new sleeping pill. Only a week into her investigation, she ends up brutally murdered in one of the labs. Our job is to find who did it, why, and who the mole is.Again, this is a FANTASTIC game and it is so much cheaper than Hunt-A-Killer for the same detective experience. I had so much fun playing this, as it kept me entertained for a couple of hours. The case is easy to read and truly looked like a detective's case file. Cannot wait to start the next one!!

This was entertaining, logical, and had a good story line. There were no surprises, missing info, or misleading narratives. It was a fun night for my wife and I. Expect to spend 3 hours solving this fun mystery (if you read all of the clues). Great job, to the creators :-)

Just finished solving the Case! It was a lot of fun to piece together all the evidence and figure out the killer. I liked how evidence from the first section of the game continued to be used and referenced throughout the other sections. Had a little trouble with the address links provided on the case envelopes, but just went to their website and was able to find everything I needed. The evidence pieces themselves had high-quality printing, with appropriate blurring on cell phone camera photos as well as various sized items (such as a hard plastic ID card, letter envelope with letter inside, tri-fold brochure, and others.This was a great game and I will absolutely be buying other cases to try to solve! It was also really easy to take notes on papers on the side which means I can pass the game along to other friends, giving it some replayability.

This was so much fun. Had us going for hours and ultimately, we ended up solving it. The difficulty level is just as described.
