Very entertaining for an evening
This is our third of these sets, and another huge success. Easy to follow (providing people aren't too drunk to remember if they are the murderer!) and a good theme in terms of costumes and decor. Plus it gave me a chance to do a cheese Fondue and make a trifle?

Great fun - easy to use
This set was great fun to play. The whole package is a really good deal, all of the necessary items are included and allows the host to play along. You decide the killer at random and anonymously at the beginning of the night. The story then alters depending upon whether you are the killer or not. Which also means that it could be played multiple times with different outcomes. We used the online sound clips for clues and round intros. Would recommend, an all round quality product.

Brilliant fun and reusable
I purchased this as a family activity for a weekend away, we had so much fun dressing up and really got Into the characters accents and all. We have now done 4 of these murer mystery sets and this was my favourite to date. Best thing about this is as its reusable I can now do a separate party with my friends and reuse my outfit

Fun night. Cheesy, but funny. Mix with alcohol.
This was good fun. Bought this one because it said you could play over and over...which you can do, but it’s going to be the same story each time, just a different “killer”. That being said, who is having a murder mystery party every weekend? Likely to forget the details before it’s ever played again. I didn’t read too much before playing because I thought it would give too much away, but if I had to do it again I’d at least figure out the CD if you’re going to use it, so that the game runs smoothly.

Just OK
It was reasonably entertaining; although I think that a lot of the entertainment was actually the people playing rather than the game itself. The game itself has tried to be really clever by making a huge number of permutations - you can play with a different number of people depending on how many people are in the party and you select the murderer on the night - so there is a story line for every character to be the murderer. As a result the story lines were actually quite shallow. You basically all read three long paragraphs and that's it. It's a total punt to decide who did it - there are not any clever hints you can pick up on. With a good group it can be fun - but don't expect a deeply weaved narrative.

Fun fun fun!
Great game, easy to follow. Can be used more than once by choosing different characters. Different murderer each time. We had such a lot of fun playing this!

Good fun had by all
Great fun. We had 14 players aged 11-58 who all really got into it and no one guessed who the murderer was, even though there were several who were accused. We did find the dialogue on the CD hard to distinguish and in the end resorted to just reading the evidence. That was the only problem. In terms of age suitability, there was nothing really unsuitable for our 11 year-olds - a few innuendos went over there heads and there was nothing else they wouldn't hear on mainstream soaps. Overall, would definitely recommend.

So Fun!
We had a blast. I’ve never done a murder mystery party before and wasn’t sure what to expect. This was easy to follow and allowed me to play along as the host. Love that you can have varying numbers of players and the murder is picked at random, so the story adapts to whoever the murder is. Yes, it is R rated, but not that explicit, and the innuendo made it humorous. The kit had everything that was needed and I will definitely use some of their other themed kits. My only complaint is that no one could really figure out who the murderer was. The difference between answers you give if guilty vs innocent did not really provide much evidence or even suspicion around the murderer. Every character has a motive, which makes the story interesting. Overall, a great time and all of my friends loved it.

Excellent Game!
This company has the the best style of murder mystery parties. I've done quite a few other brands, but I will choose this company from here on out. It's easy to set up, very easy to jump right in, and gives good character costume guides. My family has done two of this brand now and we really enjoy them.

Lots of fun, and lots of innuendo
Our group has been playing one of these games once a year for a few years now, and this one is a ton of fun. The characters are all a bit zany. The only caveat I would include is that this is one that I might exclude if you have a group who wouldn’t like sexual innuendo and double entendres. All the FlexiParty mystery games we have played have had some innuendo and some PGish sexual humor, but this one definitely has a lot more, which will either add lots of cringe, or laughter depending on your group. Still lots of fun!

Decently fun
Easy to use that’s for sure, but it’s not something I would do again. I imagine it’s all in the crowd you have, and our group was fun. Just a bit expensive for a single use. Will probably pass it on to a friend, since it’s set up to play multiple times.
