Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS SELLER!Ordered the product based on the multiple good reviews on Amazon, the laminator came - plugged it in - it fried itself and never turned on again. Asked the seller for a refund and here is their answer:"We apologies for any inconvenience but we are just the seller of this product we do not have any control over it's quality or result of the product.We do not have any control over it's quality for that you can directly contact manufacturer.We cannot take return for used and open item"So dear Seller, did I buy this item from the manufacturer or from YOU?
