The media could not be loaded. This fabric was perfect for our super hot foyer. It does a great job at keeping the room nice and cool on hot days. We live in an area where it doesn’t get dark until 10 PM currently so this fabric has also done a great job with allowing us to close the blinds and keep it dark when we’re ready to go to bed or if the kids decide to have friends over that sleep in the living room Makes it nice and dark. It was a big enough piece of fabric that we were able to use it in two rooms of the house and it came with Velcro adhesive pieces to attach it to the wall or the surface that you’re using it, which is great for us because we rent and we’re not allowed to make any permanent changes. It’s a really good value for the amount of fabric that we are very happy with it.

I love this product. It was just what I needed. I could not find any small curtains for my small windows that protected the inside from the sun and high heat temps during the summer. This is the do--- It is one big sheet of darkening blackout material. Just cut to size and stick on the velcro to the window frame where you want the curtain.....then attach the other piece of velcro to the velcro on the window frame, sticky side up....Then attach your cut piece of material to the sticky velcro side already on the window frame and it's as easy as that. When you don't want to reduce the sunlight, just carefully remove the panel from the velcro and store them in the bag provided. You can also just clip the bottom of the panel up instead of removing it when you want to open the window for instance... with clothes pins or I used bobbie pins.

These are amazing. My husband works third shift. We have tried and currently have “black out” curtains and they don’t black out anything. We bought the 39x59 size of these. They fit perfectly onto the trim of our windows so we didn’t even have to cut them. My camera lighten the picture. But the room is pitch black. So dark my 7 year old got scared and ask us to turn the lights back on when we tested them. I included a before picture of just the black out curtains to hopefully show the difference. Because we chose to put the Velcro on the trim, a little light does show through at the top. But very very little. We simply didn’t want to cut them and mess them up. I love these and would 100% purchase them again in the future and recommend others who work third shift to purchase them as well.

Me and my partner both love that graveyard life and I’m super sensitive to light while trying to sleep. Our blackout curtains weren’t doing enough to block out light from the top of the window and having to lay a blanket strategically over the rail was annoying if we wanted to use the balcony. This product was a miracle! I wish I looked for it sooner. Definitely measure a few inches extra depending how tight you want the blockage of light. I love how it’s super easy to remove with the Velcro stickies so the kitties can still look out the window when we’re awake. Only thing that was an issue is we installed a window film and I don’t recommend sticking the velcro to it. We had very little frame to stick it to but it still works as long as you don’t remove that side

Hanging it up worked fine but removing it was another story. The velcro tabs are stickers on your window pane and rips off along with the paint when removing to let the light in. Stupid product and waste of money. Now I need to repaint my window frame.

This blackout blind works great , till it doesn't any more. It works as in it keeps the sun out of my bedroom on sunny mornings. But, the adhesive on the magnets gives way and the blind falls. I think the plastic material is too heavy for the magnets. I use 10 magnets for this size plastic sheet. It should hold but it doesn't. After about 3-4 days it gives way. There must be a better way to fasten this up without drilling into the wall. magnets with two sided tape is not the ansewr

This is an interesting concept but the adhesive will come off from the wall. I was going to give one star but when the glue works, and the curtain stays, it actually blocks light. I really wish I could give 5 starts. It works for a bit but durability is very low.
