Nexus 6P Case, Vfunn [Armor Series] Elegant Thin Fit Hard Protective Back Case Cover for Huawei Google Nexus 6P w Stylus (Handsome White)

Bought this super slim case as a replacement for a Kugi case that looks almost exactly the same. The Kigi is no longer available, and was a translucent red. That case was a bit better quality than this one, but this is fine for 10 bucks. The case came with a plastic screen protector, but I haven't and won't use it so nothing to say there. The case fit perfectly and snapped on solidly. It is opaque, so you cannot see anything through it. It is hard, but has a soft rubbery feel. I can't decide if this makes its slippery or easier to hold on to. Its a bit weird. The main downside, and reason for losing a star, is that there is a seam all around the sides of the case, 1/2 between the front edge and the back. It almost looks like a 2 piece unit that was glued together, but I assume its just a 2 piece mold. While not ideal, these molding seams can usually be scraped off with the edge of a sharp blade and become nearly invisible. When I tried this on this case it worked fairly well on one side, but on the other side the seam became darker and more visible when I scraped the edge. Its smooth now, but almost looks as if the plastic on the inside is a dark color which has been revealed by scraping the surface. I have attached a picture that shows this darker area, and if its clear enough the height of the original unscraped seam (at the left side of the pic. The difference is probably only a hundredth or two of an inch, so its likely a non issue, but I have seen many other cases without this issue.6 weeks later (5-7-18) - 2 cracks in opposite corners, and the white is now yellow and brown from absorbing dirt and oil. The matte finish might look nice, but its filthy and impossible to clean. Can't recommend this case
