Heavy, heavy heavy duty. Looks great
Will I have need to use it? Maybe if my SUV stalls in a Trader Joes parking lot. That's about as Off Road as I get. But the thing feels like you could hang your SUV from a tree using it. Thick and sturdy. Solid metal, not hollow.

Super duty
Haven’t used it yet but it is well built and looks like it will last a very long time . Is kind of a loose fit thought but does look and feel great.

Seems to be good quality and solid which is what I was hoping for.

Great quality - missing pieces
The shackle and hitch are nice. Solid, flawless finish, and exactly what you would expect. The issue I have is the pin is missing from the box. It looks like the box may have given way to the weight of the hitch and someone used half a roll of clear tape to seal the box back up without the pin in it. Disappointing.
