Interpet Ammonia Remover, 250ml

Does what it says on the bottle - removes the ammonia - all of it. Have researched on the internet - others report that, as a consequence, the bacteria in the filters then starve, die and you're left with an un-matured tank. Whatever the truth, a week later all 13 Coryadoras that had been born in the tank 2 years previously died on the same day, shortly followed by 2 Clown Loaches and 4 Danios. I'd never really had much of an ammonia problem - just used this in the recommended dosage as belt and braces. I'd just use regular water changes if there was a problem now.

good value at this size and great when you are setting up a new aquarium so you dont have to keep doing water changes ever 5 minutes , does the job well and doesnt cost the earth and lasts and last ,my fish are glad of this product

They charged me nearly £12 for 2 bottles of the £4.86 stuff. RIP off!!

This will be the first time I've used this product, so we'll see how it turns out in use
