Splendid Salsa
They are quite pricey. However, wanting to impress my beloved with a Mexican banquet I splashed out - these were perfect for a tangy, invigorating green salsa for our tacos - mashed up with lime juice, coriander and green chillies. He was very impressed and now we are engaged. Was it the tomatillos? I can’t be sure but they certainly helped.

Not bad for tinned stuff
I wanted fresh tomatillo but they only came in 1kg packs. A bit too much for me. Tried the tinned version and they were surprisingly good! Used them to make a green side sauce…was very popular!

Totally beautiful whole fruit, full of juicy loveliness and flavour!!
The fruits were plentiful and almost 100% unbroken flesh on the fruit so that it was like little balloons full of juiciness!! Absolutely delicious!
