My functional Dr recommended these shakes. We have one every morning blended with walnuts, ice and a small piece if banana. Delicious! I am super picky about taste and flavors. I have to say not your funny tasting shake. I buy the sugar and special free. I would not like either of them in the shake. The only thing negative it has seed oil. Not a perfect world but I do believe overall it is healthy filled with vitamins.

There is a warning on the box: Reproductive Harm! This product contains Lead! It’s carcinogenic. The company had a lawsuit about it in 2014. How is Amazon allowing it to be sold?! I just lost 65$, they know it’s carcinogenic, that’s why they don’t accept returns. STAY AWAY!

Amazon has great prices for this product. I have been using this product for a while and highly recommend it.

Taste is ok, product keeps you full when in the final stages of 8 week detox.
