My son is having a hard time using the pillow. He normally loves pillows but the toddler pillow is a little too firm. The pillow is super cute and soft just too much fluffing for my little guy.

It’s machine wash and dry. That was super important to me because toddlers are messy and drool-y when they sleep. The pillow is super soft and the pillow case is cute and very secure. (More like a sham pillow cover with the opening in the middle of the back instead of on the side.) When i walked it, it came out of the dryer so fluffy and uniform—no lumps. I am so pleased.But what really impressed me was the company’s “love the fluff guarantee”. I ordered a “classic fill” and it’s a little too plush for my daughter currently. I emailed them to see what that process was and their first response was (paraphrased) “send us the order number and your address and we’ll send you the “less fill” pillow for free and keep the other for when she’s bigger.” Totally not what I was expecting. I figured it would be an exchange or some other hoops to jump through. Super easy.Definitely ordering from this company in future.
