Night & Day
I was using the Pound HD cable, and it did the job and it was a better quality picture than composite (on a 32" Bush LCD TV, which is only about 18 months old).After watching a few YouTube vids and realising there is a VGA input on the TV, I decided to give this cable a go...well, VGA is certainly the best option if you can go that route...its like night and day compared to HD/composite.The cable is well made and fit no problem into the DC (I have a modified region free PAL console).The picture quality is stunning and I have the audio L & R plugged directly into the TV inputs and have found no issues.Great bit of kit and way cheaper than the other HD options I had looked at.

Dreamcast's Best Picture
Recently I picked up a Dreamcast. One of my all time favorite machines. The only problem with picking up any console pre-HD (and HDMI) era is getting a nice, clean, crisp picture on a modern TV or monitor. I bought this cable as a lot of fourms claim VGA is the best way to play a Dreamcast in 2018 and with the option of buying an HDMI Converter to connect to a modern box. I had a lot of issues connecting Dreamcast to my TV with the old ariel style connection but plugging my Dreamcast into my PC monitor is night and day. I'm very impressed with this cable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic value and flawless picture even on a modern 4k tv
Fantastic picture quality I use my dreamcast on 4k tv using this cable and a vga box to hdmi and looks fantastic especially when playing dead or alive or shenmue buy you won't be disappointed

Dreamcast VGA Goodness.
This works very well, and with the VGA->HDMI converter I have, this allows me to capture game footage via the LGB Portable just fine. Love the RCA phono leads, as I can connect them into my mixing console instead of having to sidechain the audio out from somewhere else. Might not be the highest quality feeling cable, but I've had flawless picture and sound, and am not disappointed.

Physically it's not the highest quality, but it works. Huge improvement in dreamcast picture quality over other cable formats.
