VEVOR Hydraulic 12 Ton H-Frame Garage Floor Adjustable Shop Press

bought this to press out some control arm bushings, should have probably got the 12 ton instead. bushings were within its operating capabilities and turned out fine but it struggled with lower ball joints. pressing out, there was a bit of a violent pop that ejected the jack completely from the frame, catching me off guard and only narrowly avoiding injury. pressing ball joints in however, was a more fiddly matter. it was unable to provide enough pressure to force the new ball joints straight in on center, the overload bypass works. i was able to overcome this by working the edges in a circle pressing a little at a time until about 90% in then returning to center to finish it out, at near max output of the press it was able to make the last bit in a violent pop to seat the ball joints. the orange paint is not a permanent coating to protect the press, it is merely there to indicate if you have used it at all as it flakes off on contact with anything. the 2 pieces of black plate it comes with are very convenient that they are included however will bend permanently well before the 6t max is ever reached, i suggest getting thicker plates if you plan to use this regularly. actually, i suggest getting a 12t unit if you plan to use this at anything close to it's limit. idk what the parts are all called so i'm going to go with deck height adjustment pins. those are fine, the holes in the frame that accept the pins though, not particularly skookum, all wallowed out already. hell, the deck has a good sag to it too now. so while it seems to be engineered to survive the forces of the 6t jack it's built around, i can honestly say it only just barely does that. this is at best hobby quality, for home light duty use, dont count on it lasting a week in a commercial workshop and is priced accordingly. do not attempt to put any larger jack in this frame, it may just kill you and if you want it to last forever it might be better suited to maybe a 3t jack. so while my results were sub optimal, i know i was asking too much of this tool and my experience with it is my fault. except the paint, the paint could be much better. so weighing all things here, i'm giving this 5 stars overall not because its a great press, it isnt, but because it is exactly the $97 worth of press i paid for and it did what i asked of it when i should have bought $167 worth of press.

Bought this because it was the smallest variant I could find that still fit an air brake/bender. Which does fit and works well. The Box arrived slightly pre-opened, and one of the table cross pins was missing. luckily those aren't really special and I replaced it with a cold roll rod of equivalent freedom unit size. The pump can only get the pressure gauge up to about 5.5 Tons and I'm not sure if it's the pump or the gauge that's faulty. But the press has bent or smashed everything I've asked it to.

I am giving this product one star because it arrived with missing parts, making it unusable. While the missing components may not be VEVOR's fault, their customer service would not sell me the replacement parts or provide a solution. The issue may also not be Amazon's fault, as the item was shipped by UPS in a severely damaged package that had been repackaged by UPS. Unfortunately, Amazon would not accept a return, and UPS would not honor a claim, leaving me with a shop press that I cannot use. To make matters worse, the item is no longer available, and the process has dragged on long enough that the return window has expired. Based on this experience, I would recommend purchasing directly from VEVOR's website rather than through Amazon.

Press works great. Def worth the money.

I used this hydraulic 12 ton to put in a wheel bearing on my Jeep JK. It got the job done but the whole thing was tacoed in half when done and the hydraulic was barely strong enough to do it. If I wanted it to work again I'll have to go and buy some reinforcement steel, throw the bent stuff in the forge and weld it back straight.

Great press for the price, has yet to let me down in the time I’ve been using it!

It was easy enough to assemble and it does the trick for what I need it for. I didn't have any quality issues or anything like that so no complaints from me and I would recommend it based on the few weeks I've had it and the few times I used it so far.

Reçu ce jour, tout y est, très bien emballé ,montage simple où tout prend sa place. J'ai fixé le cric bouteille sur son support avec 2 boulons de 6mm de diamètre car il a tendance à glisser. Tout à l'air solide. J'ai aussi serré à fond le support inférieur ,qui normalement ,repose sur les tiges en fer car j'ai lu sur un commentaire qu elles s''étaient tordues sous la pression .Plus rien ne bouge et première extraction de roulement sans aucun problème.
