I recieved very good service from the team at Amazon when the first phone delivered was faulty ( a one off factory fault). The phone itself is an excellent mid rangecmodel and very good value

I bought this phone for using social networking, internet browsing, YouTube and music, and also a bit of gaming. This phone can do all of those with no problem. A downside about this phone, is that it can occasionally lag on the home screen, and sometimes in other apps as well. The screen also isn't the sharpest out there, however it's still nice to look at, and it's absolutely fine for me. But this phone is only mid-range, and I wasn't expecting the highest performance in the world. Overall, this phone is good. And for the price, it's hard to argue with.

I loved the screen. You need to play with settings (Display settings under "accessibility" ... not very clever :))However .... device feels slow at times. That lag people mention on here is quite noticeable. It is quite annoying especially once you have used later Apple devices.Screen overheats quite a bit what is kind of nice in this weather :) Not sure what would happen in the summer.I guess when you want to mess about with the system and change launcher etc you might get half decent performance.Battery life is great. With a lot of messing about you get easily full days performance. Quite often I have still had 100% round 10am (leaving house at 7.30amNot sure if all androids do that. This devide remembers when you parked your car and always shows how long is it going to take you to get home/work. Nice touch :)To cut the story short. I have had to send it back and got iPhone 6 instead. For extra £200 you almost the same battery life (LG3 was better), by my opinion much better system, GPS doesnt need that much battery power (Swindon to Northampton only 9% of battery), and its apple.... in 2 years time it is still going to be worth £250....

I've had this phone nearly 2 years. Started of no problems, a bit of a lag that would give it maybe 4 stars, but the past 6 months or so have been bad, and it's all down to the lack of storage.Let me explain, currently of the 8Gb total default storage, 4.21Gb is the operating system. The standard Google apps including Chrome take up 1.28GB with just those alone. You can see where I'm going with this can't you? Add in your basic everyday apps (Shazam, Spotify, WhatsApp, Facebook, travel apps, etc) and the space is pretty much depleted. You'll start to get messages that the phone can't update the apps due to lack of space.Currently my free space is 455MB, yet the insufficient storage messages keep appearing. I've added a SD card and installed a (small) app to move some apps off the phone to the card storage (not all apps allow you to do this). This alleviated the problems for a few weeks, but when you install updates apps can start to get bigger, so the problems resurfaced. Some websites just can't load pages now without them crashing, due I'm sure to the phone's now sluggish response and perceived lack of space.It may not just be a LG issue; maybe all mobiles with only 8GB internal storage have this problem? Suffice to say this phone's time is up, do not bother buying this, there are devices that are faster and have more storage available for similar prices.

Very slow, poor quality phone. Upgraded in January and by May it was freezing regularly, had to press buttons twice to get it to do anything. Was reset in store twice and went back to O2 for repair and within a week it's back to snail pace. Off to O2 tomorrow to get a new phone.

Great phone. Easy to set up, looks great and good battery life (~50 hours with only moderate use)

Great phone. Does everything. Way beyond my technical abilities - perhaps one day I'll work out what it can do! Really good camera.

Only thing that is a bit irritating is the poor camera and maybe storage (8GB). Phone itself is really nice... well LG after all.
